Clif has been working at StrongKey just over one year. Before that he had a successful career in both academic and public libraries, starting as a graduate assistant and working up to a Library Director position where he remained for about 10 years. Clif has brought his unbearable puns, love of delectable eats, and unofficial title of Burster of Bubbles to bear with great effect at StrongKey.
A: I do outbound campaigns, prospecting, respond to and direct inbound leads to the appropriate person, work with our CRM in regards to data integrity and help with the renewals of support contracts and appliances.
Q: What is your favorite thing about working at StrongKey?
A: Tough to limit it to just one. I would say it is a combination of knowing we provide incredible products and services that are vital; constantly learning about data security and sales; and working for a company that believes and knows family comes first.
Q: When you're not at work, what will we find you doing?
A: My wife and I have two teenagers that are extremely competitive in running and baseball; both compete and play all year round, so our weekday evenings and weekends are spent taking them to practices, meets, games, or tournaments.
Q: What book, show, podcast, movie or album do you consider a must?
A: The English Beat’s Special Beat Service has been in my play rotation since the early 1980s and I still find it as good today as it was when released. Of course, now I do not have to get up and flip the album over to side B.
Q: If you could be any movie character, who would you want to be and why?
A: It would have to be Sean Thornton from The Quiet Man. A man of peace who tries to resolve his conflicts with words but can and knows when to fight and stand his ground. Plus, he gets to play “paddy fingers” with the stunning Maureen O’hara.
